Determine if you want to start with empty lipgloss tubes or pre-filled tubes. With empty tubes, you'll have to buy your own lipgloss product separately and fill them on your own. with pre-filled tubes, you choose the lipgloss color, tube you'd like the lipgloss in and the scent.
